This hotel was a hidden gem, I assumed with the price I had paid this would be a decent 3 star at best however I stand corrected. Hotel and the gardeners have done a fantastic job with the gardens and landscaping. The buildings are lovely and ornate with the reception area having a very opulent vibe. Food was of good quality and the staff are so wonderful. I enjoyed how they care for the local animals.

Friendly all inclusive with good quality buffet

Friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of fresh food at the buffets were the highlight of this hotel. The 4 optional a la carte restaurants we were offered were worth a visit, although we found the Mexican and Italian were poor; the Sushi and Mongolian restaurants were very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the variety of pools and locations to relax around the hotel make it ideal for couples. Also has a great view of the arriving and departing aircraft from the nearby airport :)

The staff is what makes this hotel. They are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are great and so are the cocktails. I would recommend the sushi restaurant and the evening shows. They have a live band that plays and were good. There are a few animals which you will see when you stay there (cats, dogs, turtles and hedgehogs). We hired a car at the airport and the location of the hotel could not be better for sightseeing. You are roughly 30 minutes from the airport and within 30 minutes from the main attractions. You are walking distance from the main beach and market. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help. I give the staff an A all around, from the front desk, to the bartenders, waiters and housekeeping. My room was clean and the food selection throughout the hotel was excellent. I arrived late in the evening and I like that I had the option to eat at the Soup hall that night because I was quite famished on arrival. I will stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Antalya.

Rooms OK design but not clean/fresh, especially carpet. Dinner good if eating in main restaurant. A la carte restaurants are OK at best, terrible at worst. Lunch good if they are serving leftovers from dinner. Otherwise below average. Breakfast OK. Coffee good. Tea OK. Wine terrible. Other drinks not good. One annoying detail: When they cut watermelons, they cut out the best/juiciest part in the centre and serve the guests the rests. The good parts probably save for themselves. Beach OK. Piers good. Pools OK.

Our first stay in Antalya, meeting with friends who had used the hotel on a number of occasions, previously. Very impressed with the plush decor, the comfort, great choice of food in the main dining area & also the a la carte restaurant. The bedroom was spacious & comfortable on the 9th floor. We had spectacular views of the sea, the mountains & the Duden waterfall. Our room was serviced daily, the towels & toiletries replaced & the complimentary mini-bar restocked with bottled water & soft drinks. All the staff were very friendly, many speaking English & also patient when I tried a few words & phrases in Turkish. It was apparent that quite a few of the younger members of staff were new to the hotel & undergoing training, which left some aspects of service a little lacking, but overall we have no complaints. Arriving in the last week of February, it was quiet, which suited us, but meant that quite a few areas of the hotel were closed for pre-season work. Plenty of space & amenities on site, with a small private beach. Just as we left (3rd March) the outside coffee & beach bars were opening up. Something to bear in mind for future visits. There are bus stops near to the hotel with regular services into Antalya. Bus travel is cheap (28 TKL each way) & easy to buy a pass & top it up. The hotel provides details of the buses to catch). There are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach bars & a sand sculpture museum close to the hotel. Very little not to like. We will return!

Great value resort for the price. Contrary to other reviews, the WiFi worked great everywhere on the grounds, the beds were clean, the food tasted great and had lots of variety. The resort does show it's age at times but that is reflected in the price. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Antalya.

We had a great time with my mum at Club Sera. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was always lots to do. We particularly liked the yoga classes with a wonderful coach Ignor and evening parties with Krasavchik and co. A fabulous hotel in a wonderful setting with a wide choice of food and drinks.The members of staff were all friendly, polite and helpful.The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the sea from our balconies.The evening musical entertainment was very good!
