Hotel mentions that they provide pick up from airport if informed time ahead. No they don't! I wrote them timely - said no such service. On time of arrival still texted them - no one could speak English and didn't respond. Overall one staff member could speak some basic English and was very helpful otherwise communication was poor. Had to take taxi. Swim pool available for certain times. If you early person maybe not able to swim. Luckily very nice beach only 10 min walk away. Also I choose a room with ocean view. It was not offered at time of check-in in.

Great location for easy access to the airport & so nice to have a pool. Although it had planes flying over, the noise from them wasn't too bad. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great for space. The staff were really friendly. The room needed a little bit redecorating as there looked to be some damage from a damp patch, but overall was clean and welcoming. We even managed to walk to the Duden waterfall park from the hotel - only 20mins or so. Really nice to be able to do that in the evening.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Hotel Luna Wir haben für zwei Nächte mit unserer Familie zwei Zimmer im Hotel Luna gebucht. Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Die Toiletten und Badezimmer in beiden Zimmern waren sehr schmutzig, verkalkt und teilweise rostig. Eine Toilette war sogar kaputt bzw. beschädigt. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig und hatten Flecken, ebenso waren die Bettlaken teilweise fleckig. Die Betten waren zudem sehr unbequem. Auf dem Balkon stand Wasser und es gab eine Pfütze. Außerdem ließ sich die Balkontür nicht richtig schließen, und das Schloss war kaputt. Auch die Böden in den Zimmern waren voller Staub. Der Föhn war stark verkalkt. Auch die Armaturen und Schalter waren schmutzig, verkalkt und teilweise rostig. Das Personal war zwar freundlich und stets gut gelaunt, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten. Leider konnte das den insgesamt sehr schlechten Zustand der Zimmer nicht ausgleichen. Auch die Umgebung rund um das Hotel war schmutzig und unangenehm, zudem roch es dort nach Abwasser bzw. Schmutz. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war der Aufenthalt definitiv nicht angemessen. Wir verstehen ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie dieses Hotel eine 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung erhalten konnte. Leider können wir das Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel modeste mais propre et disposant d'une piscine. Très bon rapport qualité pour n'y dormir qu'une nuit avant de prendre un avion car l'aéroport est plutôt proche.

Otel gayet yeterli seviyede fiyatına göre. Birkaç gecelik kalmaya uygun. tabii ki yenilenmesi gereken şeyler var ama kliması, soğuk dolabı(istedik anında getirdiler), çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü memnun etti. Sadece yeri dar ve yenilenmesi gereken birçok yer var o kadar.
