Antalya, Antalya Region hotel rooms at the RIU Hotels

"I loved this place for it's kitchen, menu was excellent, everyone could find something for himself. Room was 8/10, cleaning was everyday, it was quiet and soft in general. I would recommend to ask if wifi works in the room, in case you need it during your stay. The team is very helpful and nice, I felt really welcomed. This is a busy hotel/resort with a lot of people, and there is an intence entertainment program, which we liked."

"We were very disappointed since it supposed to be the best resort to visit in Antalya , unfortunately we couldn’t even make a dinner reservation when we checked in 4:00 pm , the app they told to use it was impossible to open. When we approached the concierge she seemed anointed even do more than one guest was having issues with the app. After 3:30 hrs later the solution that they give was the buffet were tired so we diced to find a good restaurant somewhere else , when we were leaving they reach out to us to let us know that they found a spot in a Sushi restaurant we didn’t know that all inclusive mean to eat only in restaurants of there choice. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean, the towels were very worn down and they had an unpleasant smell. Over all we didn’t enjoy our stay, we definitely not coming back"

"The best part about the property are the staff who will go above and beyond to help you out. Special thanks to the guest services lady on the night shift, Suleyman at Vista & Ivy and Mehmet in Le Buffet for their thoughtful service. The property is vast, has a private beach and is well maintained. The main thing that did not work is that there is only one restaurant that is included as part of the all-inclusive package. This is the buffet restaurant. All À la carte restaurants are paid. However, the buffet timings are quite restrictive. For instance, dinner is only available from 6:30 ion-9pm, which is very limited for an all-inclusive resort, considering that it is the only main dining option. If you miss your meal at 9 PM, then the next option for you would be to either go to one of the paid à la carte restaurants (paid), the pastry bar, or wait for the midnight buffet at 12 AM, which does not work for most people. The lunch hours are from 12:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon which also seems tight. Overall, my main recommendation to the hotel would be to extend its dining hours in the buffet restaurant considerIng it is the only main dining option. Secondly, for anyone who needs a cool room with working air condition, I would highly recommend either booking a landside room or a full Seaview room, at the lower floors, preferably between 3 and 5 if you want a working air conditioner. I would avoid all partial sea facing rooms, especially those on floors 6,7 as these get very hot."

"The front desk agent didn't explain anything about amenities or timings. Breakfast started too late, so we had to eat out on the way to the airport. Hotel may be nice, but the front desk is not particularly welcoming so I will not be coming here again."

"It was overall a good experience but there is some cigarette smoke in the public areas and hallways which is not a great thing for non-smokers. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in Falcon Hotel. Cleanliness of the room, in differentness of the staff, quality of food - high level! What could have been adjusted: towels to be provided on the sea deck, better sound-proof of balcony door, strange smell in sauna (yet, the sauna itself was perfect)."
