Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby

Not good

The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Be careful of the taxi fares as they will try and charge you double.

Communication problem

Location is good. Clean and meets room standards in its class. My negative experience is that they have double charged even though I prepaid online before coming. It was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Although I shared my receipts, altough I showed the booking papers, Although hotels com tried to communicate and furthermore although my friend from Madagascar tried to explain face to face in their language they didnt understand. Dont rely on they are reading the emails, they dont! We have agreed that they would arrange airport shuttle. No one showed up, I had to take a taxi. We have agreed on having breakfast only 15 minutes before than usual, but I couldnt get breakfast although they confirmed one day before. Some Minor negatives: I couldnt have hot water (maybe priming takes time).. So communication is a big problem. Hotel is good and value for money, but DO NOT make plans based on their promises.

Attention à la dérive au niveau du restaurant indépendammentde l'hébergement. qui, tendance à laisser la cliente Indienne s’accaparer les lieux. Sans doute rapport au patron originaire Indienne qui aurait laissé la gerance à son compatriote délaissant les autres clientèles. Heureusement que la partie hébergement de par leurs professionnalismes arrivent à vous faire oublier ce désagrément. Ou alors nous étions là au mauvais moment, dommage, pour nous. À suivre

Hotel situato al centro e molto comodo come posizione e poco sicuro però uscire la sera in quanto è pieno di menticanti che dormono proprio davanti l’hotel che ti assalgono appena si esce. La stanza non è male ma la pulizia è veramente scarsa, le lenzuola erano sporche forse non erano state cambiate.La colazione inclusa era veramente non mangiabile, esperienza da non ripetere .

フロントスタッフは優秀です。 玄関にはスタッフが常駐して治安を守っています。 チェックイン時にWi-Fiアクセスメモを渡してくれます。 部屋のエアコンは正常に動作して、冷蔵庫もつかえます。 エクスペディアから予約しましたが、レビューに見られた二重の請求はありませんでした。 料金は朝食込みで6560円ならリーズナブルだと思います。 ホテルからanalakely市場までは歩いて10分ほどです。 近くのローカルレストランのTOKOTELO RESTAURANTはおすすめです。 The front desk staff is excellent. There is a staff member at the front door to ensure security. They give you a Wi-Fi access note when you check in. The air conditioning in the room works fine and the refrigerator works. I booked through Expedia and was not double charged as seen in the reviews. The price is reasonable for 6560 yen including breakfast. The analakely market is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I would recommend TOKOTELO RESTAURANT, a local restaurant nearby.

Stayed here with my family. It is a cheap hotel with very good qualities! Comfortable nice rooms, good service, good wifi, safety. The breakfast did not have the greatest selection, and despite having "breakfast included" we were forced to pay extra when we asked for eggs. The location is very good, but not very safe at night, but that would go for almost all of Tana, so I would not remark it as a bad quality about the hotel.
