“The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. “시설이 낡아 고장난 곳이 많습니다. 난방이 조절되지 않아 조금 추웠습니다. 프론트는 친절하며 문제점을 제기하면 적극적으로 대응합니다. 배수관 누수 문제로 불편했던 점에 대해 방을 업그레이드 해주고 멋진 아침식사까지 제공 하였습니다. 위치는 중심가에 있어 기차역과 해변을 다니기 좋으며 주변에 대형 마트와 음식점이 많아 편리합니다. ”

“니스까지 접근성도 좋고, 마트도 가까이 있어서 좋았어요. 패밀리아파트는 건물뒷편이라 답답한 느낌이 있었습니다. 여름이라 그런지, 모기나 벌레도 있어서 조금 불편했습니다. 3박동안 하우스키핑서비스도 없고, 수건 또한 매일 교체가 없어서 불편했습니다. ”

“Hotelli vastaa kuvausta ja kyseessä siis nimenomaan vanhainkodin tms. yhteydessä vuokrattava oleva huoneisto, ihan vanhainkodin sisällä: Hinta/laatu-suhde erittäin hyvä, ruokakauppa, ravintolat, ranta ja juna-asema vieressä. Ohjeet receptionin löytämiseen olisi hyvä lisätä tervetuloa-meiliin ja hyvä varautua siihen että henkilökunta ei puhu juuri lainkaan englantia.”
