Great hotel in a poppin area a block away from the Main Street. Super easy to get around from here. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was nice, and AC worked great, as did internet.

All was good except for the fact that the room was a bit small but this not really an issue. What is an issue is that the hotel is also a restaurant and so all the noise from the people eating just in front of the rooms is really annoying. Also one day there was no water during the night but then early in the morning the water was back. I would have imagine that the hotel had a water tank, but it doesn’t seem to be so. Everything else was ok. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and a huge tv almost as big as the bed.

Great hotel!

The staff at Casa Realeza are AMAZING! They are very attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. We love it here and will be back soon!

It was a nice small hotel with all rooms opening towards the yard in the middle of the property similar to a motel. Clean but I would say a bit pricey for what you pay for.

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest service

From the time we arrived, the staff have been very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier, they were quick to pull out Google translate for us to communicate. The property is absolutely beautiful, but our room was a bit smaller than we expected but they just do not waste space. The food was great! The condition of the hotel was great. If we needed anything they would bring it to our room. Orfa was the absolute best and she arranged all of our travel during our stay and help to get us to the wedding venues. I would absolute stay at this hotel again and again. It is literally in the middle of everything.

What a fantastic place!!!! Perfect location. So close to everything! The staff treated us like we were staying in a five star hotel. Food is delicious! Clean!! We stayed in Room 1 (I think this is the family room). Big room, with a separate sitting area. Hot tub, shower stall and a soaking tub. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here. Everyone is so kind and accommodating to us. Will definitely be coming back!!

One of my favorite hotels!

Everything about our stay at Casa Realeza was incredible! Everyone on the staff was super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating - from the moment I booked, to check in, to helping get taxis and communicating with us during our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious & very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast they served each morning was delicious. The location is amazing, it's right in the center of the town, steps away from restaurants, markets & bars. It felt very safe and secure. The views are insane. The only thing is if you're planning on being in your room throughout the day/evening (1pm- 10pm ish) you will hear music playing-- but it's good music! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there again!!

Very good! I only wish the rooms were a bit bigger

Overall our stay was really great! The location is simply amazing, really close to everything and every time you go out the lobby you get the beautiful sight of “La Merced” simply amazing! The stuff was super helpful, friendly and always available. Food was good as well (breakfast included) The beds were comfortable. My only comment (which I also expressed to the front desk at our departure time) is that the room was designed a bit too small. If you bring 2 regular size suitcases that’s it, you will find yourself having trouble walking towards the bathroom or out of the room because the space between the wall and the foot of the beds is pretty reduced. Other than that the hotel is really good! I would definitely stay there there again but for sure will bring smaller suitcases.

When we checked into our room we did not realize that half of the room was taken up by a jacuzzi. We asked the front desk staff if there was a room that had more space and they quickly accommodated our request. Very friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly. The hot water didn’t work in our shower and we reported it immediately. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. It was not even lukewarm. The AC was also extremely loud and woke us up during the night. Breakfast was good! There’s also a jacuzzi which we didn’t use but is a nice feature but odd there’s no closet and not much space to walk in the room.
