Super clean room, well maintained property very pretty. Make sure you check out the rooftop deck. It was probably one of the best views in the city. The staff was beyond courteous, friendly, and helpful. Upon arriving and deporting, I used their car service for $50 each way to the airport that was approximately an hour and a half away. Glad I did, especially on the departure. They are experienced friendly driver navigated us there on time.

Great Little Place away from the Mainstream

This is a very small but tastefully set out hotel in a quiet part of Antigua Guatemala. Everyone was friendly and service oriented, the breakfast that was included was consistently good, and the staff are very helpful in every way.

We loved our stay at Villa Serena. The property is beautiful and the staff were all wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden area and the views from the rooftop. Would recommend Villa Serena without hesitation. It was a very nice and clean B&B. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The views on the terrance were beautiful. The only thing was I had a hard time getting hot water out for a shower but after learning the trick to get it to come out it was fine.
