Our family had a fantastic stay at this Pensativo House Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. The bed was cozy, the amenities were well thought out, and everything was spotless. One of the highlights was the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options for everyone. The location was also perfect, close to great restaurants and local attractions, but still quiet enough to relax. We definitely will be back to Pensativo House and recommend this hotel

Beautiful hotel within waking distance from most points of interest in Antigua. The central patio is gorgeous. The rooms are silent, spacious and well decorated, full of amenities including a private balcony. There are a number of Instagram worthy backgrounds within the hotel.

Comfortable Oasis in Antigua

Pensativo is beautiful! The interior is stunning and so are the rooms. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our down time at the hotel when we weren't out exploring.

Loved it!

Wonderful property and very charming rooms with remnants of old Spanish art and architecture. The food in their restaurants was absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. About a 5 minute walk to "central park". We loved our stay here!

The hotel and amenities are wonderful. The available Google point thew me for a loop and had to go asking people where the hotel was located. I would suggest correcting it and sending a little more information before arrival including where to park (Which was very easy, but not until I figured it out). The location is central enough you can walk anywhere within the city limits.
