O hotel é excelente, impecável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Encontramos apenas um defeito: o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores. Tivemos uma péssima experiência com hóspedes mal educados que faziam barulho às 23:30.

Boa opçao de Hospedagem

Hotel novo , bem localizado , area verde circundada de araucarias. Local muito bonito . Peca um poucoi ainda nos serviços. Nao tinham cabides suficientes nos quartos , pois o Hotel estava lotado , faltou toalhas na piscina e o restaurante nao tinha como atender 100% dos hospedes. Imagino que num periodo normal a estadia volte a ser muito boa .

A estrutura é boa. Tudo certo com quarto e atendimento na recepção. Porém, o hotel peca no serviço de refeições. Oferece/anuncia o que não consegue entregar. Garçons/garçonetes mal treinados. Champanhe servido em taça de vinho! Onde ficaram as demais taças? Buffet matinal e noite mal abastecidos. Alimentação (jantar de buffet) mal preparada. O à la carte parece melhor! Falta até utensílios! Não tem balde champanheira suficientes para atender a todas as mesas e manter a bebida gelada. Gerente presente mas sem ação. Não interage. Não coordena equipe para sanar demandas mais pontuais. Hotel lotado devido feriadão e equipe muuuito enxuta. Se o hotel está cheio tem que ter funcionários e não dispensá-los por ser final de semana ou feriado?! Pretendo voltar, sim, até para ver se avaliação surte efeito.

Bom hotel, mas code tem que estar de carro!

Hotel novo, impecável, mas fico com a sensação que não acabaram de decorar, uma sensação de vazio, falta aconchego, inclusive no quarto. Café da manhã pode melhorar, muita coisa de qualidade duvidosa. Como os yogurtes com sabor, os frios e os sucos. Café frio! Mas pedi um café no meio da manhã e a moça da cozinha fez a gentileza de fazer um novinho para mim! Ah, sendo em Antônio Prado, senti falta de produtos orgânicos
