"The whole building smelt like cigarettes and we started to have a headache even when our window was open. I had my daughter with me and we couldn't stay more then 2 hours in the room even though we booked for 4 days.the reason that I am angry is that it's rating was very high and I trusted it. "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park."
