"I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. From our check-in to checking out everything was perfect. Great breakfast served and they have a great shuttle to and from Ao Nang market or street. The pool is stunning and located in such a serene area. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer than a week. Su has such a great personality and loved talking to her. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Also we had great mountain views every morning for the sunrise and beautiful greenery at the back of our room where we had stunning sunsets "

"I was abit skeptical after reading reviews on here and on google regarding this place and even considered booking elsewhere but it was such a lovely stay! The rooms were amazing, the staff were super helpful, it’s a perfect location on the beach. Couldn’t fault it. The food was decent too. But the downside is that it’s is away from the main area of Ao Nang, there isn’t any shops around the hotel. The taxi service outside the hotel is an absolute rip off, charging 600bhat to go to Ao Nang, better to use Grab/bolt app for about 100-300bhat. "

"I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was actually the day we were schedules to check out, so the hotel didn't have a room for us. (This of course was my mistake). The hotel was fully booked for the entire month so we ended up having to go elsewhere. Thankfully our driver who picked us up from the airport stayed with us and took us to a nearby hotel and ensured we had a room for the night. Tup Kaek Resort wasn't helpful at all, and actually seemed a little annoyed. I reached out to Expedia customer service to see if there was any way I could get a refund or credit to my account, acknowledging that it was my mistake but hoping maybe we could get even a partial refund to offset the extra cost. Apparently the Hotel marks the stay as "completed" even if the guest never checks in. I obviously had no idea I had booked the incorrect dates until we showed up there, but it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from the hotel to inquire as to why we had not checked in. Because the hotel marked the booking as completed, expedia is unable to offer any refund or credit and the hotel is unwilling to offer anything. Of all the places we have stayed in SE asia, everyone has been SO lovely and accommodating but unfortunately I didn't feel this resort was friendly at all. "

"This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy. Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one. There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Overall this was a great place to stay. "

"We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site,truly disrespectful"
