All inclusive did not meet our expectations. The drink and snack offer included was limited and of poor quality. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good. Coffee was missing from lunch and dinner. Drinks were only served at the pool bar. Everything in the lobby bar was chargeable. We are used to almost all hotel services being included in all inclusive. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Good place to have relaxing holiday

Nice stay. Pool area was nice and directly connected to beach. Relaxing time with all inclusive service. Quite old hotel but mostly in good shape. Tennis court was bad and also ping pong equipment etc should be replaced.. Good service. Specially our early check-in was really well organized

My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.

Ein sehr schöner großer Hotelkomplex direkt am Meer. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und spricht verschiedenste Sprachen. Wir waren sehr traurig, wieder fahren zu müssen. In der direkten Umgebung besteht keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß zu flanieren bzw. zu bummeln. Man muss erst einen Kilometer die kleine Straße neben der Schnellstraße entlang gehen um an ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants zu kommen. Wer aber mobil ist, oder sowieso den Urlaub nur im Hotel verbringen möchte, dem wird es an nichts mangeln.

All inclusive ei vastannut odotuksia. Juomat olivat ilmaisia vain allasbaarissa, mutta eivät ilmaisia lounge baarissa. Kuka illalla viitsi mennä aina rantaan 100 metrin päähän. Kaikki juomat olivat paikallisia "merkkituotteita", mutta tunnetut kansainväliset juomamerkit eivät sisältyneet all inclusiveen. Hanaolutta ja hanaviiniä🙄. Lounaalla ja päivällisellä ei tarjottu kahvia tai jäätelöä. Allasbaarissa oli heikko snack tarjoilu. All inclusive hinta/laatu ei kohdanneet.

Établissement correct personnel au top surtout la barmaid Daniela qui est toujours souriante et fait son maximum pour satisfaire tout le monde par contre il y a trop de supplément par exemple pour le coffre dans la chambre et pour le dernier jour pour 2 h en plus dans la chambre 20€ pour pouvoir prendre une douche !

Her er det rolig med bade basseng for både store og små, om du ikke liker for mye varme så kan du boltre deg langs sjøen der det er en del vind og veldig behagelig. Du kan også velge all inclusive og halv pensjon eller bare frokost, finnes noen restauranter like i nærheten.

Resort was ok. Service at the restaurant was good but the food was mediocre, it could’ve been better. Front desk customer service was horrible. I had to call for an issue with one of the neighbors for loud music, screaming and the guy hung up the phone. Walked to the front desk to complain and the guy said it will be taken care of and after half hour nothing was done. I was contemplating booking my vacation for next year there but I will be booking elsewhere.

Lo más reseñable desde el punto de vista positivo es la limpieza de las instalaciones, y la amabilidad del personal de Por otra parte, el personal de recepción, y en concreto María, siempre están dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema o necesidad del cliente. Mención aparte es la eficiencia y discrección de Joseph (todo un caballero), y de Lina (tan cariñosa y cercana). Ella fue, de largo, la empleada del hotel que nos alegraba el día. Un tesoro del Hydramis Palace, que nunca debe ir a un museo.

Bon Hôtel

Belle réception et joli lobby. L'accueil est très bien et à la réception ils sont très sympas. On avait réservé deux chambres avec piscine partagé. Après deux jours on a enfin pu avoir deux chambres côte à côte mais jamais partagé la même piscine. Mais à leur décharge, on avait réservé deux semaines avant. Les chambres sont de taille correcte mais pas très grande. La salle de bain est plutôt petite. La piscine 3x4m. Vue sur un immeuble inachevé mais ce n'est pas gênant car le jardin à côté est joli. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et très complet. Pas mangé au resto car B&B et vu le prix, on mangeait mieux et moins cher autour. La piscine est très agréable et la mer et très bien, même si la plage est de galets. Les transats sont sur du sable. Une fois ds la mer après 3 m c'est du sable. Mais attention bcp de petits rochers. Dans l'ensemble bien. Vaut le prix.
