Horrible Experience, Would Never Return here

Our stay at Mare Blue & Suites was a disaster. No WiFi or phone signal, and staff didn’t care. After repeated complaints, someone finally noted it—but no technician ever came. When we followed up, a man at reception yelled at us, saying they had over 1,000 rooms, as if that excused it. The food was disgusting, and the hotel was filthy roaches, spiders, dirty floors, and never cleaned hallways. We asked for late checkout as compensation. Staff said the room wasn’t booked for days, but on checkout morning, a manager suddenly refused, and staff yelled again. Total disorganization, zero professionalism, and rude treatment throughout. This wasn’t just a bad stay it was a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
