"The employees with whom we interacted — Gigi, Kim, the lady cleaning the breakfast area, and the lady maintaining the food selection — were all friendly and professional! So were the maid staff. We have one complaint: Duane, the manager, needs to update the time lock on the room key cards! Checkout is 12 noon; however, we were locked out at around 11:30. VERY inconvenient! Was not appreciated. Excellent buffet!"

We will definitely stay here each time we visit Pigeon Forge. I even bragged to the guy who checked us out!! Loved our stay!!!"
