"Arrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way and calling me 6 times under 5 minutes and when i asked for the manager they changed the situation and told the...

"I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.
The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed "

"This place is a scam, avoid it, they will try to get you to double pay for your room, they list this place under various names, but all provide a fake address in the local village, then you have to call them and then they give you directions, once there that is when the scam begins, plus it is not a nice place, very run down"
