"Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. "Arrived at the check-in time the requested room wasn't ready the offered to give me a different room when i said no the made me wait for my room the staff was not professional the rules wasn't clear at the hotels site and when a friend came to my room to pick-up something for me they called me asking that they should leave the room immediately talking to me with unprofessional way and calling me 6 times under 5 minutes and when i asked for the manager they changed the situation and told the...

"Great place"

"I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed "

"This place is a scam, avoid it, they will try to get you to double pay for your room, they list this place under various names, but all provide a fake address in the local village, then you have to call them and then they give you directions, once there that is when the scam begins, plus it is not a nice place, very run down"
