“Very nice place. We will stay there again but I am done with Expedia. I bought the insurance and was forced to cut our trip short because of the flu. I went to use the insurance for reimbursement of the last day of our stay and was then informed I would need a doctor visit documentation. I had not consulted a physician so I'm out $130 plus the money I spent on the worthless insurance.”
“Dirty. Stinked very very much of some food and it never came off. The smell got rooted in my clothes and didn't come off even the other day. The guy at the front was kind and tried to help remove the odor but it didn't work. They were all sold out and didn't have any other room. I couldn't get used to the smell and started getting headaches, I had to buy a candle to cover the smell to get to sleep. Probably the worst hotel experience. ”
“We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo.”
