The area is a bit cold, there is a fireplace which is lovely, however opening a window for oxygen means mosquitoes and flies coming in. The cabin is amazing and right front the lake giving an amazing view. The lake is the highest lake in Colombia and second highest in Latin America. A place worth visiting.

Overpriced with poor food options The hotel has nice views, and the lake is great. However, it is extremely overpriced for the value offered. The food options are very limited and low quality. While the staff is polite and clearly doing their best, the hotel appears to be run by only a few people. The same person handled check-in, served dinner, and showed us the room, suggesting the owner is spreading the staff too thin. This negatively affects the overall experience and does not justify the price.

El paisaje es espectacular y muy tranquilo, las zonas comunes son muy lindas y bien cuidadas pero la habitación necesita un poco más de detalle, el marco de la puerta estaba desaujstado y la tv es muy pequeña. Hace falta calefacción en la habitación porque es demasiado fría, sin embargo la cama es muy cómoda y el baño es limpio y espacioso, la atención es muy buena y la comida rica
