Good for the price - but old interior
We arrived late for check-in. Was difficult to find the office. And it was closed. Took awhile before we found out they placed a note in the window explaining we needed to walk 300m up the hill for an open office to receive the keys.
There was no wifi in the building and the interior of the apartment was very old and smelled like wunderbaum.
However, the apartment was in a good location close to everything and people were nice. The skiing was great and the apartment came at a good price and was a good size.

Easy access to slopes and shops
My second time staying in Flaine in consecutive years. This is not what I'd class as a hotel but private apartments that are used for tourism during the ski season. The room is large, divided into 2 spaces, the living space consisting of studio kitchen, eating and lounge space, and then the large sleeping space which in our case was made up of 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is of course also a bathroom as you enter the apartment. We were on the ground floor and had a balcony area looking out towards the resort and mountains. Central Flaine is split over two levels, Foret and Forum. The apartment is located in Foret on the upper half of the resort. We had a real struggle to find the place on first arrival as the name "Reservation" is not the name of any hotel, using the Expedia app for directions it took us to the wrong location, which was eventually sorted by phoning the number given and getting directions - it wasn't the best start to the week long stay - however writing this review those issues have largely been forgotten. We were a group of three adults and found the accommodation fine for our needs. Just don't expect hotel standard accommodation. You get what you pay for and this represents reasonably good value for money. I'm undecided whether I'd rush to book it again, if I was on the same budget next year then probably yes. After all it just where you spend a small amount of time in between hitting the excellent slopes.

good ski vacation
Very nice and practical, compact room with all necessary stuff. Great spectacles and evening entertainment in Flaine, infrastructure and ski scool for kids.Unfortunately missing inet connection, not very clean, we were cleaning ourselves.

Great value for money
Brilliant accomodation in Vega, very near slopes, shops and restaurants. Great value compared to other people in our party staying in other accomodation nearby.

Arche appts Flaine - would definately go back!!
We booked via Flaine Reservations, and ended up with a 2 bedroom appartment in Residence Arche in Flaine Foret.
There was only 4 adults in our party, althhough appartments say they can sleep upto 8.
1 double bedroom with wardrobe and balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 sets on bunk beds *and little else, including no window).
1 bathroom, 1 separate loo, hallway and 1 large kitchen with table and lounge area with double sofa bed and 2 chairs and coffee table, flat screen tv and dvd.
Was perfect for 4 adults, but many more than 4 there wouldnt be enough seats around table or in living area.
However would def recommend, ski bus stop 1 min walk away and shops 3 min walk. Great views too!!
Oh and a ski locker too
