Enfin un hébergement qui permet plus de 4 personnes par chambre. Nous sommes une famille de 5. Tout était très propre. La piscine est un plus avec les enfants. Bon prix. Je ne connaissais pas ce village. Le petit centre-ville est superbe. Belle découverte.

En déplacement professionnel, l'intervention de la Directrice de l'hôtel a permis de rétablir une situation compromise au départ. En effet la double confirmation de réservation nécessaire (même en ayant déjà réglé la chambre par avance), d'abord sur expedia, puis ensuite directement auprès de l'hôtel est un handicap si vous ne le savez pas au départ et si vous n'avez pas d'accès internet avant votre arrivée, ce qui était mon cas. Je me suis heurté au téléphone à une personne de l'hôtel ne voulant absolument pas faire le nécessaire pour confirmer ma réservation de son côté. J'ai dû me rendre directement à la réception de l'hôtel qui n'est pas accessible en permanence en été où j'ai pu rencontré par chance, la Directrice qui a rétabli in extremis la situation, faute de quoi je ne pouvais pas avoir ma chambre le soir et obligé de dormir dans ma voiture ou dans un autre hôtel, selon disponibilité. Cet hôtel est certainement adapté à des séjours en famille en hiver pour le ski, un peu moins pour un déplacement professionnel en été. Il n'y a pas la clim et par journée de canicule, une chambre au sud peut être un handicap. J'avais demandé une chambre au nord, ce qui n'a pas été respecté. Le wifi fonctionne bien et le petit déjeuner est très correct. Le budget global est très correct. Expedia devrait trouver une solution pour éviter de passer par une double confirmation de réservation.

Excellent, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel, ses infrastructures (piscine, table de ping-pong, flipper, ...), la proximité avec le village, les remontées mécaniques. Notre chambre donnait sur un terrain de parapente, une surprise incroyable au réveil ! Chambre très calme, d'une propreté incontestable. Beaucoup de rangement pour installer et suspendre les vêtements. Hôtesse d'accueil très agréable (communication facile, Bonne humeur, conseils donnés sur des lieux stratégiques où nous devions nous rendre,...) Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre passage dans votre hôtel !
