This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back.

Great facilities and location above the resort is well served by either Flaine area ski/shuttlebus or in the evening the hotel operates an on demand minibus which was a great help. Handy to ski in/out and pool and health spa were good also.

Lovely hotel for families

Really lovely hotel for families, they have great family facilities, not for couple through! It's full of children and not a romantic getaway we were hoping for with kids all over the spa in the evenings. We were so impressed with the facilities for kids though we'll definitely be back if we have kids. Flaine is an excellent set up for families and the hotel is well connected to the town with ski in ski out and shuttles.

Extremely comfortable stay. Rooms are ideal for family stay. Value for money. Outdoor swimming pool and spa has beautiful Mountain View’s. Ski in ski out was great. Hotel offered a free shuttle service which provided an excellent service.

Our second stay here, we had another enjoyable stay. A little further up the hill from shops, but ski bus during the day and the free taxi service in the evening makes this not an issue at all. It is ski in/ski out from the back of the property. Would recommend and probably will be returning next year

Very nice 2 bedroom with a nice view. Good pool. Are in the restaurant once and that was good too. Ski in ski out .Only downside was they charge to much for parking.

We absolutely loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. The views are amazing too. Apartment was well furnished and worked well for our family of five. Summer pass was great advantage. There was one Spar very close and some other groceries nearby. The Super U was 30min away.

This is not really a hotel but rather a privately owned apartment that is managed likely by a third party. Virtually no amenities like shampoo, toothpaste, body wash were provided. Even tissues and toilet paper were minamally supplied. Space for storing luggage cases and ski clothing not large. Bathroom large but not pleasant. Location good and swimming pool and massage pool very nice. Has onsite restaurant but regular menu items perhaps a little expensive compared to restaurants in nearby village.

Very nice property. Very helpful staff. Happy with the upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment! Ski in / ski out worked well - but you do need a lift pass which can be a problem if you are buying daily or on the first day skiing. Swimming pool / spa area can get very busy late in the afternoon. We went in last week of the season - the supermarket in the sister property had very little food to buy.

Imødekommende personale, vi blev taget imod af Ormand og Tia, de gav grundig informationer om hotellet, oplevelser på hotellet og omkring liggende område. Der er gå afstand til indkøb og udendørs aktiviteter. Eneste der manglede var en legeplads og bedre guiding omkring at finde p kælderen inde på hotellet. Vi er blevet mødt med smilende og hjælpsom personale der tjekker op pr tlf om alt er okay. Lækker opvarmet pool, flot udsigt og lækker lejlighed med senge man sover godt i.

We hebben genoten van de mooie zomerse omgeving en de goed uitgeruste accommodatie. Prettige ontvangst. Fijn beddengoed en bedtextiel, Ook fijn gezwommen in het verwarmde binnen- en buitenbad met sauna, stoombad en whirlpool. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Prachtige vergezichten en met de kabelbaan van Flaine naar het mooie uitzicht op de Mont Blanc gekeken. Alles was goed verzorgd, broodjes makkelijk te bestellen en ook fijne badjas en slippers om naar de welness te gaan. Ook de parkeergarage was handig, meteen met de lift naar het appartement. Het appartement is hooggelegen, dus je moet niet bang zijn om op grote hoogte te rijden.
