"Although a modern facility and relatively clean, lacks a number of things to be a 4 star. With about 60% occupancy the hotel did not offer any upgrades. It is also notable that rooms have no bottled water (only with purchase). With the espresso machine need to bring your own water and pods. Last but not list the room was never vacuumed in 5 days and in the last day we were left with one towel. "The receptionist behaved terribly, it is unacceptable to yell and argue with customers at the level he did. But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing. I hope the owner of the hotel will talk to them after this so that they are aware that the guest comes first. If there are no guests, they have no salary and no job"
