"It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ; however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 ! "

"Amazing hotel, well located in the heart of the city and in front of a convenient parking lot. Hotel is old, but well maintained even in the old rooms everything works, it is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is rich and full of options. Only small remark from my side is the water pressure is the shower that could be improved. Other than that 10/10."

"The receptionist behaved terribly, it is unacceptable to yell and argue with customers at the level he did. But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing.
