All the staff were very polite, professional and attentive and the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. "What is not to love about this place! Immaculate, the best food in Benasque, courteous staff who treated us like family. It had very comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The town itself in perfect for hiking, exploring, canyoning, hang glideing, skiing, whatever interests you is nearby."

The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment. Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer."
