Ya empezamos con una atención exquisita de Yolanda en recepción. Hotel que supera la expectativas. Habitación con lo imprescindible y un baño y presión de agua perfecta para una buena ducha y buen precio. Dormimos y descansamos genial. Habitación 309 (individual): colchón terrible, me abrieron la puerta mientras estaba en la cama y han estado haciendo ruido buena parte de la mañana porque iban dejando y cogiendo la ropa de cama de todas las habitaciones de esa planta justo delante de la puerta de mi habitación. Comentada la situación en recepción, no han hecho nada más allá de decir que lo sienten. He pagado casi 50 euros para no descansar. Muy decepcionada.
