A piscina interna aquecida é boa, mas o espaço está sem manutenção adequada, paredes mofadas, espaço meio abandonado. O café da manhã é gostoso, só faltou mais opções de frutas. O quarto era razoável, cama confortável, mas o banheiro estava com vazamento, me pareceu meio sujo e sem manutenção; bem ruim! Apesar disso, a estadia foi agradável, no geral.

Foi uma grata surpresa. Evitava me hospedar no hotel por causa das avaliações negativas. Mas acredito que o tenham resolvido grande parte dos problemas, pois achei o hotel limpo, confortável, equipe gentil e atenciosa. Apesar de ter ficado apensas 1 dia, foi um dia revigorante e muito agradável em Araxá e no Hotel Dona Beja.

Fiquei no Chalé N°1, quarto com moveis velhos e estragados, frigobar todo inferrugado. Tive que chamar manutenção pra arrumar descarga estragada, boxe do banheiro. Chalé muito sujo, inclusive encontramos baratas dentro do Chalé. Hotel precisa de uma teforma urgente. Café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários excelente!!
