“We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. “Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin.”

“Yo fui con 4 niños y se han dado la divertida de su vida. De todo el viaje a Europa, es lo que mas les ha gustado. Eneko nos ha explicado lo que es ser pastor y el proceso del queso Idiazabal con detalle y detenimiento. Producen el mejor queso idiazabal que hemos probado en un proceso 100% artesanal. Es un Baserri que lleva en la familia Goiburu 200 años. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos!”
