"I had a fantastic time at the Hydrangea Inn! I rented the Bungalow and it was adorable and quiet. Breakfast on the two days of my stay was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again."

Best Western Plus Humboldt Bay Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Despite its being a motel in an unsafe area on Hwy 101, across from a marijuana shop such that you get out of the car and smell it- the grounds, room, bed, and customer service were excellent. The front staff was always eager to help. The pool area has a tropical oasis vibe and hotel staff were often keeping it clean and tidy. You could tell the management was excellent.
It is a quick one minute drive to the historic downtown( we felt unsafe as we walked it), with restaurants and shops. They even offer a free limo ride to and from downtown in the evenings"
"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our room, beds were comfortable and the TV was big with Netflix and YouTube which is a definite plus for us. The premises were very quiet and convenient to coffee shops and grocery stores. We visited the bird sanctuary which was very close by our hotel. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Arcata. "
"This is a really nice place to stay. It’s Newley remodeled and really clean. Our tv wasn’t working so the manager drove from her house just to get it working. "
