"The view from the room is great, and the location is excellent as well. The room itself is nice; however, there are a few minor issues here and there—such as a loose outlet and a switch that wasn’t working. Nothing too serious, just not perfect. The building could use some maintenance. The swimming pool is nice, but the water wasn’t clean, and the hot tub was closed. There is no breakfast provided, but there are a couple of very nice places about five minutes away if you want to grab something to eat. Just be aware that they can get quite busy by around 9 a.m."

"The property was easy to find and I felt very welcomed as I checked in, I got offered a fresh cookie and cold beverage. Check in was easy, she also gave me a map showing exactly where our room was located. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. I definitely appreciated the slippers and robe as well!"

"The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the instruction and information documents in the room. The water pressure in shower fantastic. One irritant was the sheets don’t fit the bed. They kept coming off. I would stay again. "

"We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day."

"The room was clean, the front desk people were so nice, and it was a great value. The area felt safe, and the river view was nice. The parking had only 1 way in and out, but the spots were directional, which made it hard to get out if the lot was full. We struggled to find a spot if we came back late. It might have been my bad, but I found it strange that the staff had me grab towels to exchange and other items. I would've rather they just asked to come in and do their thing."

"Very clean and modern looking hotel and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool is not warm but my kids still enjoyed it. Staff are not as welcome as expected. I had better experience with staff from my previous hotel we stayed. One cleaning lady who worked there was loud and not very professional when asked for breakfast and talked behind my husband back and he could heard her saying it. Staff needs more training. "
