The room was huge. There were 5 of us and the 2 queens with a single sofa bed was perfect. There were food crumbs under the desk but that was the only room complaint we have. Unfortunately after the wonderful night sleep we went down for breakfast and the gravy for the biscuits was runny like milk and after making several waffles for the kids we discovered we needed to eat them with spoons as they had no forks. Breakfast goes till 9am but at 8am they were out of almost everything and wouldn’t replenish anything. Coffee was good though.

Not maintain even at fair standard. Asked for maintenance three time never got anyone. Three days before housekeeing came. Contential breakfast was unedible, I am very disappointed expedia would even let them on their site. Im very patient with defect etc at hotels but WOW

Room one had a toilet issue. Maintenance came out to fix it. One later same issue. Got moved and room two had a running toilet. Front desk said they couldn't refund my money until the manager came back. So had to drive back home since I couldn't tie up more money.

No frills inexpensive lodging. There are way worse out there. This one will do. Nothing really wrong with the place just a few cosmetic repairs need to be made in the common areas. Room was nice.
