The room and breakfast were great. Clean and up to date, we enjoyed the room. BUT We rented this hotel specifically for the pool and hottub. But it was so off putting we felt like we were gonna get sick swimming in it. The pool and hottub were both GREEN GREEN. And it dosnt smell like clorine AT ALL. We asked the front dest and they did say that the bottom was painted green and that may be the case. And they said they use a different kind of clorine. But it stunk. It smelt dirty i dont know how to explain the smell but it smelt gross. We were very disappointed at the pool. Everything else was great and thats why i gave 4 stars. But i would not come here again to swim.

Front desk young man was rude. At check in he stood there typing on computer for 10+ minutes before he even checked me in. Didn’t say any thing why, no one else was waiting and he was not on the phone. When we got to our room the bathtub was overflowing, flooded the floor since the bathmat was hanging over the edge and wicked water out. I told same young man. He didn’t apologize. I said I needed new towels since I used them to wipe up floor. Told him tub faucet was dripping. He barely spoke to me. Didn’t seem to believe me and acted like I was just after more towels. Pool area lights were super dim. It was very cold in pool area. Hot tub was not hot enough. Pool area was not clean. Dirty bandaids laying around. So we went back to room. Cold and stinking from chlorine. Could not shower since the water was shut off. Front desk man was checking new people in and not telling them there was no water. We had to sit wet, cold for 2 hours while waiting. The elevator was making scary noises. Tv randomly shut off. There was no decaf coffee in room, I asked for some, he gave me one to make one small cup. I asked for more. He gave me one more. Breakfast didn’t have decaf either. Breakfast was pretty good. Except there no forks or cream until 40 minutes after breakfast started. Poorly managed hotel. General lack of maintenance. Morning front desk lady was pleasant.

Nice place to stay. We had a handicap accessible room and it was very spacious and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice to work with as we had no reservation upon arrival. Breakfast was good too. Overall, a great stay. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Hot tub was broke never got to use it. Pool was hazy and cloudy so very dirty. Room was not the cleanest. Took 10 mins to get the shower hot and it was low pressure. Coffee in the main dining was cold and was old. Sit all day. Staff was nice but everytime we go there the hot tub never works. Won’t go back.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool because my sister was also going to stay there. When we go inside and check in they said the pool was under renovation. Simply ridiculous. Nowhere on the site did it mention this nor in the confirmation email. I feel like this is important information especially people with kids. The front employee did not apologize or even say what he could do for us. Also at breakfast not one napkin was available upon asking employee they never got us any we finally just starting looking through their cabinets and found some. Highly disappointed.
