"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Le informazioni fornite sul sito sono totalmente false e parimenti false sono le email che il proprietario invia. Infatti ad aprile ho prenotato una settimana di vacanze chiedendo preventivamente se potessero accedere due pincher del peso di tre chili cadauno. Ricevetti risposta di possibilità di accesso, che tale accesso era gratuito avrei dovuto pagare soltanto 35 euro per le pulizie. Orbene all'arrivo (e ho copia della fattura) il proprietario ha preteso, e sottolineo preteso, 15 euro....

"We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "

"The crusty silver haired gent who assisted us during our stay is a character with a heart of gold. Our room had a spectacular view of the coastline from the balcony. The bed was firm, the shower hot and strong, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. On street parking is very limited but we got a park pretty close to the accommodation so ...happy. The ZTL wasn't activated but the streets are very narrow - we chose not to try but walked the streets and there's plenty of eateries around."

"The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best. "

"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "
