The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. "It was nice that the property was right by the slopes and the Mountain Lodge. Also, the unit was well maintained and tidy. But, I am unhappy for two reasons. The first is that I requested a studio with 2 King beds and was given a studio with 2 queen beds instead. Second, the unit was a corner unit on the 1st floor and so there was not much privacy unless I left the shades pulled down which I didn't want to do, but had to since there were people walking by and they could easily see into the...

"In entire townhouse, they heated seriously without considering ventilation. It is even hard to breath if you stay long in the lobby and in the room area. Once you sleep one night, you will realise the consequence of this bad air condition. You can easily feel headaches. I had to seal door gaps with some tapes to survive in the room. Check out is 10AM. "Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out."
