They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. "Warm welcome by Victor the owner's son. Comfortable bedroom with private balcony. The private grounds and hotel facilities are beautifully maintained. Lovely swimming pool. On our last evening we enjoyed an excellent and memorable dinner prepared by Nancy. The hotel is a short walk away from the lively town square of Maussane with some welcoming restaurants and open-air dining. On Sunday May 19th we watched a delightful display of local horse-riding skills in the town centre."

"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "

"Lage: perfekt. Schnell am Strand, schnell im Zentrun Zimmer: 4 Bettenzimmer sehr klein, das Badezimmer sehr eng, konnte nur eine Person drin sein. Hatte nur eine Badewanne, in der man sich ducken musste, weil die Dachschräge tief war. Die Lüftung stellte nie ab. Das Wc war separat ein kleiner Raum. Da wir nur zu dritt waren, konnten wir ein Bett als Ablage brauchen. Sonst wäre es viel zu klein gewesen. Die Klima funktionierte. Das Frühstück war sehr klein, aber für uns ganz ok.
