"No hot water after 10:00pm, some of the staff not well trained, not polite, no good customer service. Internal phone lines to call reception is connected to internet, when service breaks down, you are on your onw in the room without phone access which is a safety hazard. Internet service is unstable. Not a good value for money, I would not stay there again."

The quality of the food does not align with the standards expected from a this type of hotels. Additionally, enhancing the security of the room doors would be beneficial, perhaps by adding an internal lock in addition to the basic lock knob. "

"Large cockroach upon arrival. Listing included a bathtub. There was a tub that was in a separate room and locked. They said it was not included. No breakfast. We left the key at the desk when we went out . When we returned there was no one at the desk but the key was easy to see and reach.. "
