The hotel is located far from the Main Street and we depends 100% on the staff. They are good but very slow. Pay with card it is a problem a electricity supposed to stop at 8 am and come back at noon or so... the room is clean and comfortable. No air conditioners.

Basic but nice

This is a perfect place if you need to stay for few nights. Lovely surrounding and comfy beds. Very close to the city but you really feel in the countryside.

3 jours dans la région du café

Nous étions à 4 avec 2 grands enfants . Un taxi est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport d'Arménia. A partir de la grande route on a pris un chemin jusqu'à l'hôtel très hacienda avec belle piscine dès l'entrée en pleine campagne avec des champs des troupeaux de vaches super. Shirley à l'accueil très sympa car nous ne parlons pas beaucoup l'espagnol elle nous a organisé pour le lendemain avec '' une personne de confiance "Gonzalo une bonne journée visite de Recuca vraiment à faire , puis Salento avec déjeuner de truites la spécialité puis la vallée de Colorado. Gonzalo nous attendait et nous guidait . Le lendemain on est venu nous chercher en Willis pour faire 4 h de descente en radeaux en se baignant tout le long super . Hôtel plein de charme mais les chambres donnant toutes sur le jardin les gens sont sans gêne et cela pouvait être un peu bruyant si on parlait fort ou claquait les portes. Restaurant sur place cuisine simple mais pratique sans voiture. Bon petit déjeuner. Super cadre.

Excelentes paisajes

La ubicacion del hotel esta muy cerca de la terminal de transporte y del aeropuerto el eden. las instalaciones son muy campestres y comodas rodeado de mucha naturaleza y tranquilidad en los alrededores de la finca hotel. La limpieza en las habitacion y en todo el hotel es muy buena, la calidad del personal excelente.

Al llegar allá, me di cuenta q existen mucho mejores alternativas por menos dinero. Y fue entonces cuando en el hotel aprovecharon para cargarme impuestos adicionales aún cuando mi reserva decía claramente: "todos los impuestos incluidos"... El desayuno fue realmente malo, incluso mantequilla y mermelada vencidas... En fin, de no ir... Busquen otro lugar

I got charged for opening a box of toothpaste , the place is nowhere fun, no fun at all for kids or adults, food was horrible. stay away from this place. stay in town, this place is nowhere in town.

It worked, but I would not stay again

The hotel was very basic. A good breakfast in the morning was about the only plus to the stay. The staff was basically friendly, but the hotel has seen better days. Small rooms with little personality. The location was perfect for what I needed to do, but is outside of Armenia and surrounded by industrial factories (although it is on a nice countryside property). It is not like a typical "finca" hotel. It lacks that kind of charm.
