"Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in their largest room which had a comfortable bed, sofa, tv, bathroom, kitchenette, microwave etc. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. Nearby chocolate shop was a plus, and close to a supermarket and some restaurants. It is a walk to the center of town (1/2 hour?) or you can take a taxi. No pool. "

"Terrible experience for our family of two parents and two adult daughters! We had it reserved for 2 nights but could only stay one night because of the awful conditions. We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...

"I am being thrown out of this hotel because I asked not to be forced to watch continuous evangelical gospel on the television in the breakfast area. The situation escalated to the general manager, Mr Valdir. I’m openly gay and that just made things more complicated. The general manager decided to throw me out of the hotel today. "Pontos positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto com espaço satisfatório e cama muuuito gostosa. A limpeza é impecável tanto do quarto como dos demais ambientes. Negativos: o café é bem fraco, o suco é suuuuuuper aguado, nem da vontade de beber, muita coisa com aparência de velha. Funcionários com aspecto de desmotivados, não chegam a ser grosseiros, mas são muito antipáticos, nesse aspecto eu ressalto um dos rapazes da madrugada, não peguei o nome, porém falar com ele beira o intimidador,...

"O quarto é bom para uma estadia curta, a cama nao e tão confortável, estava com lençol rasgado. A equipe foi atenciosa. A pousada apenas serve café da manhã, nao me atentei a isso. Nao possui restaurante para almoço e janta. O sistema de garagem e bem amplo mas o abrir do portao demora fazendo ficar esperando do lado de fora por um longo tempo ou tendo que ir no portao de pedestre pra verem que o carro esta aguardando. "
