"Our family of five, including three teenage children, spent nine wonderful days at Deep Forest Garden Hotel, and it was an excellent home base for our vacation. The property has a unique charm, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the staff consistently delivered warm, attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome.
The pool was a standout feature—beautiful, refreshing, and a place where our family spent time relaxing.
There were a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi was consistently slow, so we relied primarily on our eSIM data throughout our stay. Additionally, while the hotel promotes nearby beach access, the closest option, Pristine Beach, did not meet our expectations. If you're looking for a traditional beach experience, you'll likely want to plan excursions elsewhere. The hot tub was also disappointing, as it was the same temperature as the pool rather than being heated.
Those shortcomings were noticeable because the beach access and hot tub were key factors in our decision to book the property. Even so, the hotel's character, welcoming atmosphere, outstanding staff, and overall comfort more than made up for them. We had a fantastic vacation and would gladly consider staying here again."
