"Clean rooms, soft comfy beds and a balcony to watch drunk young people wreck E-bikes in downtown Boise, twice now. That's a funny laugh. I've stayed here for 4 or 5 years, will come again next year. Get to your room early, later night parking is further."
"This property was clean and located in a great location. We were able to walk through downtown and over to the Ann Morrison Park. We stayed here through July 4th and sat at the top of the parking garage to watch the fireworks- it was front row view… amazing show!

Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We did not eat at the hotel or experience their bar, we decided to venture out and see what Boise had to offer.
Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if decide to visit Boise again."
"Beautiful hotel and places to eat. Loved the coffee bar in the morning. Very cheerful. No gluten free options tho so had to go outside to grab food.
I only rated it as 3 stars for staff helpfulness because the valet was not helpful upon arrival to help with cart or offering to help with unloading and getting it to room. It seems the valet staff are younger and less experienced. They may also be spread thin but seemed more likely not trained. It was not what we expected from this type of hotel.
Also the person who we spoke with on the phone was very confusing and didn’t really know about the costs and availability of the rooms. She was working at the hotel (not an off site customer service person). In contrast all the people at front desk when checked in were knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful.
We stayed in a suite and loved it! Just beautiful and spacious! There was a little trouble with leaky tub and some lights didn’t work but there were so many lights it didn’t really matter. I would definetly recommend a stay here!"
