"Room was old with stains on wall, rust and stains on shower. Smell in room and bench faux leather was peeling. Stains on comforter. Breakfast had no protein options. Parking was terrible. No first floor rooms, had to climb stairs with luggage. No elevator option. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. I have never had an to assist with my luggage until this stay. All staff that I encountered were friendly and kind."

"The main problem was the kids hockey team (North Bay Trappers) who stayed there for a tournament. Kids were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, generally being nuisances past midnight. The staff spent most of the night going to ask the parents to get their kids under control, to no avail. "

"Ok hotel. No hair dryer in the room. Called front desk and they don’t have any either. Very frustrating when you already have wet hair. The remote would not turn on the tv either. The bathtub looked dirty and could’ve used a good scrub. "
