"The room was nice and clean. It is looking a little tired though and needs updating. The upper pool and hot tub were the only available because we went early May. But they were clean and well maintained. The property was being worked on to get ready for summer vacationers so there was lots of business as staff did their jobs. Food was fine in the lower restaurant but the service was terrible. Staff walked past us as we waited to be seated. Twice apologized as they did tasks other than seating us, and again apologized when nobody brought our drinks. The location is stunning. And the grounds really pretty. Pool was the hilight."

"Ideal for skytrain. Taxi from airport about £10. We got a great deal for our stay which made it a good stay. Didnt use any of the amenities and the breakfast reviews meant we found other places to eat. The resort fee is really annoying as an add on. Prefer up front costs. "

"The people walking around on the floor above us was disruptive to our sleep. We mentioned it to the front desk the next morning - he suggested that perhaps management would look at soundproofing the floors and ceilings with the next reno. Front desk staff in the evening was ok just not as warm and welcoming as I was expecting, but the guy who checked us out was most helpful the next day. Would definitely consider staying here again."
