“We stayed for a few nights before and after our safari. We generally found the staff friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel in our opinion is a little tired and in need of a bit of love / upgrade. It sometimes is colder at nights in Arusha, so having a restaurant outside, doesn't always work. The breakfast room felt a little like a school classroom. For us though the biggest attention should maybe considered in the rooms.
