9.2/10 Wonderful! (962 reviews)
Loved the location, public bath, pillow selections, and my room—clean and modern. My first stay was a treat, and I will stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (188 reviews)
The hotel is in an excellent location.
Since the hotel is brand new, everything is in great condition, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The other guests were very respectful and considerate, and the hotel never felt crowded, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented, and the public bath was exceptionally clean.
The lounge on the 20th floor was also beautifully maintained, spotless, and very comfortable.
I would definitely love to stay here again!
