Check in was somewhat confusing as the employee clearly didn't know the process well. Also, I ended up being charged for taxes which I'd already paid. Fortunately, in the morning during check out a young man was very helpful and set everything straight quickly. Overall, the facility was nice and the stay was good.

The building design is poor and can hear everything happening in the rooms and the hallway- feels more like a hostile than a hotel. Extremely noisy, but good amenities and clean room. Comfortable bed- overall doesn’t quite meet the brand standard. Wouldn’t pay more for this location for the points versus another local property.

The staff was extremely helpful. I loved the gym area, bright and airy. The window blinds in my room did not work properly, and I could not get a blanket because they were out. Shuttle service to Dulles was a huge plus! THANK YOU!!

My family and I stayed here for one night. I thought the breakfast complimentary when I booked but it is not. It does cost but they free fruit, tea, and coffee. We had a few items from the bar menu that were ok. The pool was very clean for the kids to enjoy. The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed our short stay!
