โIt was scary when we drove up and it looked like an abandonned property, but the room turned out nice and the bed was comfy. The "sea view" is a dirt parking lot that is noisy but its close to the beach and lots of places to eat. We ended up having a great time.โ
โHotel is not far away from Marina in Ashkelon We could enjoy wonderful sunset with busy restaurants at Marina We enjoyed our stay very much as we could enjoy lovely sea view all the time Ashkelon is one of great peaceful cityโ
โIt feels that you are entering into a magical place with a story , everything designed as if you are in middle europe of the late19th or first 20th cetury. The coffee is free and water is freeโ
โThis is a boutique hotel. It's small, and adorable. The staff are extremely friendly. The property is very clean, and well kept up. The breakfast is delicious. Their little happy hour is fun. Their bomb shelter is easily accessible, and the atmosphere in camaraderie during missile warnings was first-rate. I would come back here again in an instantโ
โBeautiful property, every amenity possible, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff.
Room is on the small side and bathroom is tiny - but very well equipped and excellent water pressure. I actually bought the bathrobe, liked it so much...
Parking is an issue. When hotel is full, valet parking is not available. Driving in and out of the area is a nightmare.
Can't compliment the staff enough. Really exceptional.โ
โThe Montefiore is a wonderful hotel in a great part of Tel Aviv. It is close Shenkin and the Carmel Shouk, Neve Tzedek and Jaffa. The lobby and its restaurant are a happening scene almost every night yet our room was quiet every night.โ
