The hotel is being renovated, but that minor inconvenience was far outweighed by the benefit of its proximity to the Biltmore Estate--less than five minutes to the entrance.

Ok stay, paid a little extra for a balcony but there was construction and could not acces the balcony and was not told this when booking. The hotel did not offer to refund the difference i paid for the balcony justndaidbi could getnavfull refund but i came in from out of town and had no other place to stay.

Hated the scaffold outside our window with plastic covering coming down at the corner. Never did see outside and bright light at night because NO CURTAINS.

Love that they use refillable soaps, reduc8ng plastic waste. Breakfast was available an hour later than most hotels, which was very nice Unfortunately there was an issue with my reservation through Expedia so i wasn't able to get checked in for close to 30 minutes. Also hotel is undergoing renovation and was tarped and scaffolded, so my balcony view was def not scenic, unless you like looking over someone's littered house and yard

Loved there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. Morning breakfast was always fabulous. Friendly staff, pool area clean and quiet and room was perfect.
