“The hotel has a new owner who is making improvements. The noise is almost unnoticeable at present. Seldom staff at the desk but sufficient at this tme. Part of parking is acoss the street but in about a dozen times crossing I never had to wait for vehicles. Quiet evening and night and a good breakfast.”

“Very comfortable, clean and easy to access. We would stay here again. The only downfall would be the later check-in at four in the early checkout at 10. But overall would recommend.”

“The room was not worth the asking price. The door had clearly been broken into before and was "repaired" with some kind of white glue/paste. There were holes in some of the walls as well as rips and stains on the bedding amd scratches all over the desk in the room. The toilet was held in place with wooden shims and the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when turned on, which was anytime you wanted light in the bathroom. Around midnight gunshots where fired outside of the section we were in....

“The view is beautiful, close to all the activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Two things that would have made it nice, first laundry facility and second a breakfast offering as we hit the road early everyday. If thise two things were addressed it would be a 5 plus!”

“The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

“The room was very clean but there was no single lounge chair in the room, only a desk chair...very difficult for two people to put up with. A hassock under the counter serves no use when it is not accompanied by a chair to sit on. As a New England location, this is the very first hotel that does not carry NESN, the home of the Boston Red Sox. The microwave in room 126 did not work. Your complimentary breakfast is excellent.”

“The property was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotless throughout. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was clear that great attention is given to both the appearance and upkeep of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay”
