"Immediately had to ask for new pillows and washcloths because they were stained. And I mean nasty. Nothing was clean. Sink didn’t work. AC didnt work (HOT AS HECK). Breakfast closed before 9am and housekeeping knocking on your door before 9am too. One elevator that sounded like it was about to snap. ..."

Best Western Kendallville Inn
"I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose."
