Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. "We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification.
