This is a sweet place ideally located in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance to all restaurants etc. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Amenities include fresh lemonade and cookies in the comfortable entrance room which has many sofas, chairs and places to "hang out". In the late afternoon there is free wine. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. Everything about Saint Moritz adds up to an exceptional place to stay at an exceptional value. We'll definitely stay there on our next trip to Aspen.

When we pulled up to the St. Moritz, my first thought was "uh, oh." It looks pretty derelict from the outside. It is an old property, so don't expect anything fancy. But it was a pleasant surprise to discover that the interior was clean and fresh and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Two extra pleasant surprises were the beds/bedding and the breakfast. The beds, pillows, and bedding were of excellent quality and very comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful spread, with tons of fresh fruit and mostly healthy options. If you are a light sleeper, get a room on the second floor. I was on the first floor and could hear every floor squeak and footstep from above. For the price, you can't beat it! (I paid $309/night on Expedia.)

Fantastic stay — truly the best value in Aspen. The hotel sits in a quiet, beautiful corner just a short walk from everything, and the property is impeccably maintained. The heated pool is a dream, and breakfast each morning was lovely. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly kind, attentive, and truly excited to make your stay perfect. Such a gem.
