Положительное-стабильный wi-fi. Остальное отрицательно: 1. Грязно в номере, за 5 дней ни разу не убрали мусор, ни разу не помыли пол, ни разу не меняли полотенца. Мебель старенькая, ободранная, матрац хорошо пользованый. Совсем нет лобби зоны. Т.е.ты должен выехать и убираться на улицу, если тебе ещё рано ехать в аэропорт.

Beware! It is different from the picture. You won’t get what you see on the pictures. Rough customer service and poorly run property. How come they have all these 5 star reviews, I don’t know, probably just fake reviews. It wasn’t completely horrible, just disappointing that it looked like a 5 star hotel and appeared like a hostel instead. It needs a lot of improvement

Great venue to stay for your US embassy visit. The room had everything you need for a prolonged stay as well as for a night. The reception hosts were very responsive and helpful with transfer accommodation and all the queries. The building has a minimarket.

It is a nice hotel, very clean and roomy. The staff is very helpful. When we visited it, the weather was super cold, around -32C outside with strong winds, and inside the room we stayed in, it was pretty cold when we just checked in. We asked the staff to take a look at what was going on, and they helped us right away. After they did something, the room temperature was normal. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Amazing hotel, rooms are big and nice. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Mostly what is the best people who work there. Very caring and helpful. Гостинца шикарная. Цены на номера адекватные. Персонал вежливый, на просьбы реагировали моментально. Номер чистейший, со всеми удобствами, вплоть до пола с подогревом. Локация изумительная. В шаговой доступности достопримечательности и посольства. Вид из номера панорамный. В номерах звукоизоляция полная, стиральная машинка/сушилка, кухня с полной установкой и посудой. Комфортабельный номер для длительного проживания. Трансфер аэропорт-отель-аэропорт на Лексусе. Кодовая система безопасности в каждом номере. Рекомендую! The hotel is gorgeous! Room prices are very reasonable. The staff is very polite and requests were answered promptly. The room is very clean, with all amenities, heated floors. The location is amazing! Attractions and embassies are within walking distance. The view from the room is panoramic! The room includes full soundproofing, washer/dryer, kitchen with full installation and utensils. Comfortable room for a long extended stay. Transfer airport-hotel-airport by Lexus. Coded security system in every room. Highly recommended.
